I want to delete a listing that violates the VeRO.

Hello,

I tried to delete a listing that had a VeRO violation, but it returned the error in the attached image.
What should I do in this case?SCR-20240915-kyvr.png

I want to delete a listing that violates the VeRO.

When you select one of the boxes on the left, what options show up at the top?  (I never had to work with this specifically myself before)

You should have received an e-mail regarding this.  Normally this includes a reason for the action and recommendations on what to do next.

Looking into this, I'm not sure you will have an "end" option as the listing is technically removed already. Those are just the ones that were deemed violating VeRo.

Here is a link to the help page about this:

https://www.ebay.com/help/selling/listings/creating-managing-listings/removed-hidden-listings?id=465...

On a further note, in reviewing your listings you currently have up, you may end up with more of them.

Not saying you are doing anything wrong exactly, but when I give your listed items a quick glance, many items look to have the appearance of stock photos to me, or they stand out that way.  Also seeing a lot of name brand items, some of which may trigger these kinds of VeRo blocks depending on the reason.

Not sure what items you had blocked, but if they are similar to ones listed, then you need to be aware is all.

Interesting.

Try going to this page:

https://www.ebay.com/sh/lst/active

And using the drop down next to Edit on the listing you wish to end:

Click End listing under here.  If that fails, try from a different device or web browser if possible.  You can also do a forced browser refresh (on PC) by hitting CTRL-Shift-R on the page where you end the listing, in case its an issue with the cached parts of the page.

Thank you for your advice.

I already have the target listing as an end listing and I can't even open the drop down menu.SCR-20240915-nlba.png
