I had a sold item sent to authenticator, and it was returned not because it wasn't authentic, but because of an issue with the listing not being accurate. I have reviewed my original listing and for the life of me I cannot work out what is wrong with it. Authenticator notes say:
I verified that your item is authentic. However, the item's condition doesn't match the listing description. Issues found during inspection include:
Variety of the main gemstones? I have in the listing exactly what the shapes are, number of stones, weight, and measurements....all correct. My issue is how am I to relist without knowing what to correct? Am I to "just guess" and hope it doesn't get returned again? Is this how authenticators always are? If so I will sell a different way for expensive items.
