I have been scammed and eBay isn’t helping

I’ve been trying to contact an eBay agent to help me but eBay makes it so difficult, PLEASE HELP

Seller rebpete-75 falsified tracking information about my delivery , he didn’t respond to a single message I sent in the past couple of days and today finally provided a tracking number but when I go to check it out it says delivered already, I look at the fed ex delivery and it’s not my house at all, so I click report missing package on fedex and I type my address to verify it’s the right one for security reasons and says my address is incorrect , I try to contact eBay but I keep getting a bot, I try to press item didn’t return on my purchases but it says that the item still might come , even though it says delivered literally to some other place , item was discounted big but no idea this was a scam , very upset

I’m praying that when I’m able to call tomorrow morning and speak to an actual human that ebays money back guarantee will help me out , I’ve very stressed
