I asked ebay to refresh my store and all sales have stopped.

I hadn't listed much for a while as I was taking care of a family member with Alzheimer's.  Now I am listing more again, and I called ebay to have them refresh the store.  The CSR did so, and since then not one sale.  It is odd to say the least.  Any thoughts?

August was slow for many Sellers but now that it's past Labor Day and kids are back in school, sales will pick up. I looked at some of your listings. I noticed that you have shipping as First Class. First Class package is no longer available. Once you sell one of your items, you will not be able to print a First Class label with tracking. 

Media Mail is now $4.63 up to 1lb.  A First Class envelope is considered a "flat" and you would need to use regular stamps, with no tracking. That can affect your shipping metrics and your account.

That leaves you with Ground Advantage. That can be from $3.86 and up for 4oz.  So you might want to reconsider shipping on many of your items because you could lose a lot of money on shipping.
