When I contacted the seller no response I need help 

Because I made my order since January 9 but the seller didn't give me the tracking number

@nafdio_0   Sellers can have handling times of 0 to 40 days.  They just have to make sure that the item arrives by the last estimated delivery date stated on the listing.

The tracking is for the sellers protection to prove delivery.  You are covered by the eBay Money Back Guarantee.  

Sorry your purchase didn't go smoothly. Here's how to get your money back.

Look for the last estimated delivery date in your purchase history. You can file a refund request when the item is at least a day late.  If tracking shows movement I recommend waiting a week or so for postal service delays.

You have 30 days from the last estimated delivery date to file a refund request on eBay.

4 business days after you file the refund request ask eBay to step in and help if the seller has not refunded you.
