I purchased a Work Shop knife sharpener a week ago. I received the item with parts missing. When I looked up the listing for the auction it was no where to be found in my purchase history. No record of the purchase at all. 

How does a transaction disappear? It was paid using Paypal. That shows the transaction but no auction number. I am unable to contact the seller. Thanks Philip

Hi @audi_dude 

You may have inadvertently ordered the item without signing into your account.  Should you need to file a claim … you would do that from the email you received after completing the transaction.

OR eBay might have removed the item because of some policy violation.  Should you need to file a claim … it would be easiest filing it with PayPal or the payment source  you used with PayPal.
