How to speak to customer service rep

Wondering if eBay has a phone number I can call to speak to a live person. Working on returning an item as a guest and not having much response from the seller. How can I get help with this?

To start a return:

1. Find the email with the subject line starting “Order Confirmed”.
2. Select View order details.
3. Choose Return item.
4. Select your reason for returning the item.
5. Select Next.
6. If you like, you can add a message for the seller and add up to 10 photos.
7. Select Confirm return.

If the seller does not cooperate, you can ask Ebay to step in:

To access your request details, you can either:

• From your order confirmation email, go to View order details, then select Resolutions
• From the email you received when you opened the request, go to See request details

From the request details, simply select Ask eBay to step in and help.
