How to reopen a return.

I opened a return accidently when I bought the item so I closed it. Later on, I realised I did want to return the item but it did not let me refund it as it says the return was closed. What should I do??

Sorry, once you close a Return, it cannot be reopened - there is a warning about that before you close it.

If you paid with PayPal, you can open a return request there instead.

Also this is the U.S. site- ebay.com

It means you can't return it through eBay return processes.

You can ask eBay UK community for more suggestions on this.

@ferncliff-39 also, this is not fair as the seller did not tell me anything about how none of the other items will be included.

It doesn't matter what the seller did or did not tell you. You closed the Return Request so you cannot go any further through Ebay.

As stated, you can ask post your situation on the UK board.
