How to pay for item previously refunded for?

I purchased a item. USPS dropped the ball and sent it everywhere but here.

Weeks have passed. I was refunded by Ebay/seller. 

Item just showed up and now how do I pay them?

Ebay does not have a formal way to handle this situation. One thing you can do is message the seller for that item and notify them this has occured and simply indicating you would like to send back the funds you have been refunded because you now have the item in hand. Then see what the seller response will be, how to send the payment back etc.
