How to modify or delete a comment

Hello, it's something very specific, how can I delete or modify a negative review that I left for a seller? As I read, once the comment has been made, it cannot be deleted or modified using conventional methods, but there are ways to do it, maybe someone can give me an option. I would greatly appreciate it.

If you want to change a negative feedback you left a seller, contact the seller and ask them to send you a Feedback Revision request.

If the negative feedback you left is over 30 days old, it cannot be revised.
