How to get paid for an auction if it doesn't show in buyer's cart?

If an auction ends, and buyer bid and won, (and if the seller hit the select label button, and now hasn't been paid, and the buyer doesn't show it in shopping cart, how can you fix the transaction?  On seller screen,  shows the item hasn't been paid for.  Does one have to cancel the transaction and relist?

Have the buyer check his/her options in My eBay: Purchase History for that item.  There should be a Pay Now link.
