As a seller, I have accepted 4 counteroffers from buyers in the last 3 months. None have resulted in a sale. I am suspicious that the buyers are not getting notified that the counteroffers has been accepted. The items remain as active listings. My notifications do not show the item as "sold, awaiting payment". When I look at the offer history, I don't see the transaction. The only indication of me accepting the counteroffers is when I try to respond again to the counteroffers. It won't let me, and I can see in the pending tab that the status is "awaiting payment".
Have tried to contact buyers as well with no luck.
Anyone else having issues like this? I have called eBay 3 times. They assure me the buyers are getting notified. But 4 failed sales, 4 times in a row and only on accepted counteroffers? Seems like there may be a glitch. I'm out of ideas.
