eBay, WE NEED HELP!
On November 11, 2021 ebay sent:
IMPORTANT NOTICE from eBay Managed Payments - Your Action is Needed
On November 13, 2021 we responded with the correct identity upload with drivers license and bank statement.
On November 15, 2021 we contacted customer service. Requested to speak directly with managed payment. The representative would not allow or perform the transfer to managed payments but did relay
She spoke with Kelly and all documents were received and were in good order. That we could expect the payments on the account to be released within 3 days.
On November 16, 2021 our selling account was blocked. Please reference

On November 19, 2021 we contacted customer service to accomplish the listings being reinstated. This was a mess. The system relisted all listings. Our business depends on reoccurring sales! The ramification of this is huge.
We have lost all history on each listing, loosing all watchers so we are unable to send offers to interested buyers.
History within a listing provides confidence in new buyer attraction. Without this, it is as if we are a brand new seller with new product that has no marketplace stability. Thus, effectively making each sale difficult.
On top of all of this with no direction from eBay as to what is effected. We found our store was taken down. The subscription effective til July 1, 2021 was gone. We were told there was no way to reinstate it. I am finding this difficult to believe! When we resubscribed to the store the pervious store description was imported into the new store. So again, we are faced with the monumental task of rebuilding it.
I am requesting HELP. There is no fault to WeRfastenUp. This debacle is clearly an eBay issue and total failure to support a TOP SELLER with excellent feedback and years of history.
Will we receive any support from eBay? Note: we are up with the new listings and pray that assistance will not impact sales!
