How to get Payouts for untracked items

So as the title says I need to get payouts for untracked items. I shipped through first class letter mail and it doesn’t have tracking and since eBay’s holding my funds since I’m a new seller there’s  4 letters that I sent out with the stickers in it that I now can’t get payed out since it needs delivery confirmation to do that. Is there anyway to still get payed out?

According to Ebay: New or infrequent sellers will experience transaction holds while learning best selling practices. This helps sellers become established and build a strong selling history on eBay. New sellers typically experience holds for up to 30 days, although sometimes it may be longer

Ebay recommends shipping an item the same day your buyer pays for it and following good shipping practices, such as adding tracking information to your order.

Since you shipped without tracking eBay has no way to know that the items were delivered. When your funds are on hold until the item is delivered, and you do not have tracking that proves delivery, eBay will wait for the full hold time before releasing your funds to make sure the buyer does not open a return.
