Had an offer for 200 When I go to that it seems like a different amount and I don’t know how to set it how do I know what the offer amount really yes

You don't have any Sold or Completed listings under this user ID, so I assume the $200 offer is for the Bible you have listed.  You will have to tell the buyer to join in bidding on that item.
