Buyer made a shady offer in Canadian money , I mistakenly accepted and then I realized what happened, they would get a steal if I excepted that actual offer amount

When a seller accepts an offer, it becomes a sale. If you refuse to sell to the buyer, you will receive consequences on your Ebay account for being a non-performing seller.

Why do you think it is a "shady offer"?  According to your listing, you do ship to Canada.

you are absolutely right, I’m completely in the wrong thank you for clarifying. I do sell to other countries, not very often, and this may be a learning opportunity to shrink my location to just USA,  as we live and grow . I did communicate with the buyer and we came to an agreeable outcome. And it is a benefit to have this knowledgeable community forum for assistance as live eBay agents are difficult to acquire.
