I sold something, buyer didn't like left a horrible feedback, called me a scammer in it.Demanding full refund in feedback.Also emailed me insulting me.I reported them.Will ebay remove feedback.Totally unjust.My item was as described.I m guessing they expected an Antique, I did not sell it as one.And they could of asked to return, instead of harassing me.What do I do? 20yrs. Never had this happen.

Sorry you had a bad experience with this buyer.
Ebay cannot remove the feedback since it does not violate Ebay policy.
Did you suggest that they file a Return Request and that you would approve it and provide the return shipping label?

I did tell them to open a return, I can't get over the nasty feedback and messages. I mean, never ever. And they did that first, before I had a chance to respond.Totally uncalled for.Item was exactly as described good photos too.

I'm thinking it may violate policy, they called me a scammer and demanded money.In the feedback! Ugh!

You can post a reply to the feedback, factually and calmly, something such as "Offered a refund upon return of the item, buyer would not request a return."
