I went to print a shipping label at home for a package that was to be sent via USPS parcel select, but I wasn't given this option when I tried to purchase postage. The only options given were USPS priority mail, or UPS, or FedEx. Is there a way to select an option that isn't shown?

@oscarbeasy eBay removed parcel select from the label flow for most sellers due to the high number of item not received refunds that sellers had to issue due to the slow shipping. So what happens is the shipping label form defaults to flat rate Priority.
Calculated Priority shipping usually only costs a small amount more and comes with $50 insurance Or $100 insurance if you are Top Rated.
You can still purchase a parcel select label from www.paypal.com/shipnow or Pirateship.com at the same commercial base rate as eBay. Just be sure to upload your Tracking to eBay.
Parcel select is best reserved for shipping items that must ship by ground because they are hazardous or over the size limit for Priority.
You can ship up to 1lb 1st class with eBay labels. Over 1lb consider the various Priority mail option such as Regional rate boxes. I use a lot of regional A boxes which are great if the item fits. You can ship up to 15lbs at the 2lb rate. These boxes have to be ordered from USPS.com
