The shipping address cannot be changed after the item has been purchased & paid for.

< Can I change shipping address once order has been completed >
The seller probably will refuse to do that. If he ships to an address other than your address that comes in with the payment, he loses his seller protections, sparse as they are to start with. Some sellers will cancel the transaction and then relist the item for the buyer to buy with the right address. Other sellers will cancel the transaction and then block the buyer. All you can do is ask the seller what s/he will do for you.

Hi @fredafd Are you the buyer or the seller? If you're the buyer, you can ask the seller and see what they say.
If you're the seller, it depends on how much you care about losing the item and the money. As has already been advised, if a seller ships to an address other than the one provided by eBay, in the event of an item not received claim, the seller would automatically lose and have to refund the buyer. If the item is shipped to an alternate address, there's really no point in even paying for a shipping method that provides tracking if it can be shipped cheaper. Just slap a stamp on it, because eBay won't accept tracking to an alternate address. If it's an inexpensive item and you want to accommodate your buyer and wouldn't mind taking the hit, it's entirely up to you what address you ship to. Good luck!
