How can I speak with or email an actual person??? I am totally frustrated & disgusted with no help!!

My problem is with seller. Ebay keeps telling me i ordered nothing, but I did & have the papers in front of me. Because I heard nothing from seller I had assumed the order never went through, but it eventually arrived very very late. Seller said I could return this, but both my husband & I could not find the procedures & replied to seller repeatedly with no help. How do I return the Nexxus shampoo which you say I never ordered?

Please tell me explicitly how to return the Nexxus shampoo. We tried what you said to do without any success.

If it has been less than 30 days from date of delivery, you can go through the Ebay Return Request process.
Go to your My Ebay page >> Purchase History >> find the item, then click on "Return item" in the drop down menu on the right. Follow the instructions, make sure you specify the reason why you are returning the item. You should be provided with a return shipping label. If not, a few days later you can return to your Return Request details and click on the link to have Ebay step in to help you.

If the above does not work, you can file a dispute through Paypal if you processed your payment through Paypal.
