Sadly, the Roland CD-2 CD Recorder unit we ordered was not working properly.
1. When we put a disc into the machine, on the window it said, "No Disc"
2. It would not go into "record" mode....on either side.... the red lights would not come on.
3. It would not play a factory recorded CD
4. When we sent a stereo signal into the machine, one channel would be at a good level, but the other
one would only deflect at about half the level it should, making a hotter sound come out of one side.
How can I get with Ebay about getting a refund?

Ebay has a Money Back Guarantee, so you can file a Return Request.

Hi @frgon-82
You are completely covered by eBay's Money Back Guarantee ... which I recommend you read ASAP. [There's a link to it in every listing. 🙂]
eBay works best when you use their automated processes when you have a problem with a purchase. There's rarely a need for a buyer to contact a customer service agent. Here's what you do to get refunded:

Hi Lady,
Thanks for getting back with me.
I tried the steps you recommended, but it all stops at the point of posting a photo of the item.
I wonder if it locks up if I don't post a photo of it....even though there is a photo of the item on that page.
I don't know why this is so difficult!

Hello House,
I tried that, but it just won't work for me......I have been trying to figure this out for several hours today.
I ordered and received a CD recorder, and when I set it up, ready to record, it didn't work!
How can I get ebay's attention to help me get this resolved?

Yes, you need to attach a photo to the return request.

I would be glad to attach a photo of it if I knew how to do that...... ...ugggg.....

The way I do it is to take a picture with my cell phone, email myself the picture.
Open my email on my laptop, download the pic to my laptop. .
Then go to the Return Request, click on "add photo" and find the picture I downloaded & attach to the return request.
