How can I delete Purchase History

So I tried the eBay app and I have discovered that in Purchases you can select the box to delete the item you already purchased. But the boxes are faded, meaning I can't select it. Was I too late to delete it right away? Can a representative force to delete the whole purchased history list for me? I'd appreciate it if they do. Thank you.

You cannot delete items in your Purchase history.  You can HIDE each purchase though.
