Dear all,
I'm a new seller with only 1 month of experience. I had an order that was delivered on 3/27/25 with FedEx tracking record, but the buyer claimed it was not received. I had messaged the buyer and helped her report lost the package to FedEx, and file a Police Report online to local police. I also messaged the buyer to check the apartment building's security camera as well as the neighbors' camera. But I got no response afterwards. As of this morning, eBay system showed that request was resolved (but I saw that buyer has left a negative feedback :()
Today (Tues. 4/2/25) is supposed to be my payout day. But all my funds are still on hold. What should I do?
