Hacked account

Someone has ordered from me and I’m not a seller. Those 2 individuals need to know my account has been hacked and they need to contact their bank. They ordered a M18 18V lithium ion cordless combo kit (8 tool) with (4) batteries. I don’t have any idea what this is. Please help. I have closed my account. Someone changed my phone number

Go to any ebay business page, scroll to the bottom of it and click on the Security Center button or use the link below.  Did you make the one purchase from 6 months ago, if not that was the hacker, checking to see if your account was open since all activity before then was over a year old.

On the Page that opens scroll down to Report a Concern header and click on the "If you think you've been hacked" button.  Then follow the instructions. 

FYI, since you have "sold" items, you cannot unilaterally close your account, it is still open. eBay can help you reestablish it if you want.
