HELP! How can you turn off "Frequently searched by you" and "Recommended for you"?

HELP! I want to completely disable these features, how can I do that? I helped a friend find a car. Now I can't stop getting this in my face with "Frequently searched by you" and "Recommended for you" I'm so hating this. I don't have any saved searches or watched items. I have been searching for a few weeks for items that have nothing to do with cars. It won't stop shoving this in my face and I HATE IT!!! I'm so starting to HATE eBay for this. I hope someone knows a way to completely disable it all. Thanks

The easiest way to avoid such recommendations is to choose a different page to land on instead of the main eBay page.

Otherwise, you may be able to displace those recommendations by performing additional searches of something that you would rather see there instead.

Or you can use the element hiding tool of a desktop ad blocker to block those rows of items from appearing in your browser.
