Got scammed on ebay

Bought a ebike got ripped off for 900 dollars ! Will never buy from them again you can’t even talk to any one nice way to treat a vet

How were you scammed? Was this a purchase that you made ON Ebay and paid through Ebay?

What steps have you taken to try to get a refund? Did you dispute the charge through your credit card company/bank?
