Hi - I purchased a bike on eBay almost two weeks ago the seller has sent the bike to the Global Shipping Program location in Lichfield. The tracking has not been updated since the 18th of March (a week ago) they have had the bike since 13th March. At this point, I feel the bike has been lost or stolen? I've been on the Chat board - they said a specialist team would get back to me within three days - that was four days ago. I'm definitely never going to buy anything big on eBay ever again. The seller is no help...

Once a seller ships the item to the GSP shipping hub and it is accepted they have nothing further to do with the item and cannot help in any way. If the item meets the size and weight requirements for the country the item is being shipped to the package gets a new tracking number that you may or may not be able to follow. You are still protected by he Money Back Guaranty but it is eBay that will refund you and not the seller.
Check the estimated delivery date for the item and you can open a case for an "Item not received" once this date passes by at least one full day but not more than 30 days. You should allow some extra time for International shipments.
