Getting money back if Buy as a Guest

Hi, Can anyone tell me how i request a refund?

I signed in as a guest and although i received an email about my ebay pucrhase order no. etc I wish to cancel it as the tickets I purchased were hugely discounted and I believe it was a fraudulent seller.

Although they have great ratings mainly for their purchases - their review for their Buyers are Blanked out and uncontactable.

Also it looks like my card transaction has gone to a bank in Luxembourg and the seller is from the UK.

Anyone have an idea on how i can get this cancelled and refunded asap?

It is against ebay policy to be able to contact buyers. That is why you don't see their full id.

You knew the price of the tickets before you bought them so if you thought it was fraudulent then you should never have purchased them .

All you can do is request that the selelr cancel. A seller does not have to do so.

You can just wait for your tickets to arrive and see if they are real.

If they are not real you can return them for a full refund via the email you received.. Read the money back guarantee.
