Fraudulent "Free GIft" promoted by eBay

Just completed a purchase - I love eBay.   The page https://order.ebay.com/ord/show?/ViewPaymentStatus&purchaseOrderId=08-1019-210991#/

lead me to a page where I could get a "Free Gift" if I answered a 1 minute survey.

so I did.  Last question was would I be willing to pay $6.25 for shipping for my "Free" Dyson vacuum.

At this point I knew it was a scam but I figured I could get enough info to help someone else. So I continued.   Finally got to the place where they wanted me to put in my credit card information.  They let me know that if I clicked ok and put in my information, I agreed to their "Terms and Conditions".  "Terms and  Conditions" was  a link.  I clicked on the link but nothing happened so I looked at the source for the page I was on and found the link to https://prizeshopusaonline.com//swas-dys-v1/terms/ where I learned that if I agreed then I would only be liable for $132/month until I managed to connect with their company to cancel.   So I decided not to play anymore but I wanted to warn our eBay community that eBay was allowing this company to be associated with eBay.  The initial page was presented to me by eBay.  I hope someone knows how to let the wonderful folks at eBay know that they are facilitating a rip-off.
