Hello everyone. I need some assistance. Is there a way to contact eBay customer service? A live person? Someone bid on one of my items and they have not paid yet. When I click on the item, it says SOLD, but for more than it was purchased for. I feel like they stole the photo, relisted for a higher price and are gonna pay me when they get the higher price. Please advise on what to do.

Buyers have 4days to pay.
If not on the 5th day you can cancel the sale due to nonpayment and the buyer will receive a strike and your fees will be returned.

When a buyer does not pay, cancel the transaction after 4 days of non-payment have passed, specify "buyer didn't pay".
- In Seller Hub, go to Orders.
- Find the order you want to cancel, and from More actions, select Cancel order.
- Select "buyer didn't pay" as the reason for the cancellation and then select Submit to finish.
Place the non-paying buyer on your Blocked Buyer List:
