Is there anything I can do to get my money back for a item I purchased and received, but was not what was listed. The part sat in my garage until I was ready to work on my truck. Now it's past the 30 day return widow and the part is listed at non-returnable?

You can explain and ask seller to accept return but they are not required to. After 30 days, eBay will not help. 

If seller refuses to work with you, then your only option is to file a dispute with your funding source.

I tried messaging the seller, and haven't recieved a response, and looks as if they aren't active on ebay any longer.
