Feedbacks and new email address.

Who agrees that ebay is full of it when they will not transfer your 100% feedbacks (1900 total) after 22 years to a new email address and you start over with zero. I would not buy another item on ebay even if it was something I was looking for my whole life.

You did not change your email address; you created a new eBay account associated with that email address. That is why there is no feedback in the account.

You should be able to sign out of your new eBay account and sign back in to your old account by using your original username and password to see all your feedback.

You will not be able to use the same email address with two different eBay accounts, though. So you may need another email address for the original eBay account if you need to change it.

Feedbacks do not transfer over to a member's 2nd Ebay account.

You could have kept the same Ebay account with the 1900 feedback, but just changed your email address instead of creating a new account.

That is interesting, because I have changed my email address and kept my account intact with feedback, etc.

When you were having difficulty changing your email address, did you contact Ebay Customer Service for help before you went ahead and created a new account?

eBay does allow users to change the email address associated with an eBay account, but the new email address must not already be connected to another eBay account.

Sorry, but @lady_madonna is NOT 'wrong'. 

Perhaps the eBay rep gave you inaccurate information ... OR maybe you misunderstood it ... but members change their email addresses all the time without loosing their account.

You can STILL use your old account if you recall your password.  THEN you can add a new email address ... BUT NOT the one you are using with the account you are posting with here.

They will not change it back. They deleted it within 10 minutes of talking to them. Yes ebay sucks.
