eBay removed my feedback and they are saying because I put in the feedback that I had to open a case to get my money back. eBay rep states it's because I referred eBay had to step in ....that is EBAYS reason for removal.
I look at EBAYS feedback policy and see NOTHING about that as a reason to remove feedback. So eBay lets certain sellers get away with what they want.
I chose not to participate in these lies....bad sellers looking like good sellers because of eBay....basically lies. Lately eBay hasn't been fun...this seller I left feedback for then sent me the same wrong item TWICE. THE SELLER NEVER FOXED YHEIR MISTAKE. I GAVE THECSELLER A SECOND TRY AND THEY SENT ME THE SAME EXACT WRONG ITEM...I WOULD CALL THIS A SCAM BECAUSE THE SELLER KNOWING SENT OUT WRONG ITEM AGAIN....AND EBAY REMOVES MY FEEDBACK...so 3veyone has no idea ...seller keeps their good rating and keeps selling knowingly sending out the wrong item...so you know , its a pair of shoes...sent one shoe 9.5 and other shoe 10.5. I returned the item, the seller relists the item a couple weeks later so I THINK they fixed the problem but NO
...seller sends me exact same shoes ...one 9.5 and the other shoe 10.5. basically listed the mistake and sent them out again.... SCAMMER. EBAY ALLOWS IT, REMOVING MY FEEDBACK WITHOUT TELLING ME OR ANY EXPLANATION....I CANT GET A STRAIGHT ANSWER.
SO...END RESULT...I REMOVED MY LISTING AND I WILL NOT BUY OR SELL ON EBAY AGAIN. NOT INTO GETTING SCAMMED AND WATING MY TIME REPORTING THIS TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE ...JUST TO HAVE IT REMOVED... I refuse to be a part of this garbage
