Fedex is overcharging for shipping labels. My item was sold on May 22, 2024 and delivered on May 29.
I got a notification from eBay today June 22, 2024, charged my card on file for underpaid shipping label. Item box dimensions were uprated, more than actual and weight was on or about 2.09 Lbs, the picture was posted in the listing at the time of listed.
Fedex wants to charge me extra $$ after 22 days of delivery date. Something needs to change in eBay, limitations need to be updated. When we, Sellers provide access of out credit cards, bank accounts to eBay, we need to have some time limits. Our bank accounts, CCs are Not open to eBay for ALL time usage, charge for whatever they want, Not anytime they want. Besides all, Fedex screwed up and now eBay taking over and doing the same mistake what Fedex did, charging customers fees.
Any sellers or buyer, did anyone have same problem at some point ?
