FedEx shipping

FedEx used to charge shipping costs when the item was delivered - has that changed where the shipping label cost is immediately charged?

I believe it has changed to immediate charge. I don’t use fedex, but you now have to cancel an unused label - there was no need to cancel when the it wasn’t charged until delivery.
