Ok, so I am now under managed payments. Where do the charges for shipping labels get paid from and can I change it to a credit card?

Everything in my ratings are GREAT, but for 2 instances of "late shipping." I agree I was late, but I contacted my buyers with the reason, I was out of town for a funeral that wasn't planned. How do I get eBay to "adjust" my shipping rating?

Ok, so I know eBay charges final value fees. My questions is when I pull up my sold listing, it shows the sale amount minus selling costs which equals net sales. Do the selling costs include PayPal fees and shipping fees?
