Ebay support email address??

Does Ebay have any email addresses anymore that a REAL person will respond?  I used to send them mail directly, but seems that the whole company is now run by stupid AI bots.   Got a couple things to clear up with them, but can't get a good reply.  I'm really getting tired of how they treat sellers.

We generally don't have email support, but you can request a call, or post on social media.

You can post a private message on www.facebook.com/ebay  or www.twitter.com/ebay 

To speak to customer service, use the link this page “have us call you” - https://www.ebay.com/help/eua?id=5275&mkevt=1&mkpid
 
If you don't see 'have us call you', click chat.  Then type contact an agent.

Not a big help.  I get emails from Ebay which spend more time praising me for being stupid enough to sell for nearly 30 years.  Mostly fluff and no answer that I want.   Probably and AI message signed with an Indian name.  I refuse to use Twitter for support, why can't Ebay directly support?  

I did once ask about a remote job answering emails since obviously they need help, but only jobs were in Texas or Oklahoma.  Nope.
