Ebay standard envelope

Is  a padded mailer measuring 5" x 7" long  considered a standard envelope for the 53 cent price or is it first class

You can not use a padded mailer or a poly mailer for the standard envelope postage.

A padded mailer can be a large envelope with no tracking if it is under 3/4" thick, or a first class package with tracking, as long as it is over 3/4" thick.  You can add a little padding or packing peanut to get the thickness.
