Tracking shows Item Damaged or lost. UPS can't help me Ebay shut me out and won't discuss this case closed. I'm out my item, and shipping cost Ebay sucks!

Did the buyer file a Refund Request or Return Request through Ebay?
If so, did you respond to the buyer's request?
Ebay is not to blame since they are not responsible for what occurs during shipping.

The buyer didn't receive the item so ebay refunded them. The frustrating part is I have tracking, but no one knows what happened to my package. Tried to file a claim through UPS, but they say they don't have enough information. They want to know where the package is and if the customer received it. How do I know? Any way Thanks for your help, I've decided to close my account with Ebay, I don't need this frustration anymore. Life is too short.

Once again, this was not Ebay's fault.
If you have a tracking number, UPS should be able to investigate what happened to the package.
