Please help! I set up a return policy to accept returns for 30 days.
I have had two buyers initiate a return for items that don't fit and ebay asks me to "approve refund" instead of "approve return".
Did I set something up wrong in my policy?
Can I just delete the policy and manually enter if I accept returns on each listing instead?
I just can't figure it out.

@molly3p This is an account level setting that needs to be changed, not the listing level setting.
Go to your return settings and require a RMA( return merchandise authorization) code.
https://www.ebay.com/rtn/Return/SellerRules Toggle it one so that it turns blue.
Also check your return automation settings. Toggle those OFF.
https://www.ebay.com/rt/automation
This should fix the problem as you will have to provide a "code" ( any number you choose) to the buyer before the case proceeds. Also toggling off the automation should stop the auto refunds.
