Ebay International Shipping Program tells me I am protected from Returns, but the shipping details on my listing page state I pay for Returns. I need to exactly what is expected of me if buyer decides to return because they have changed their mind or need the money back?

@maryinlikely With EIS you do not pay for ANY returns on your international sales shipped using eBay international shipping program.
Once the item leaves the US package forwarding center eBay handles ALL refund requests. If the buyer has to be refunded for ANY reason you still keep the sale $.

Thank you. I have read that part. I was just wondering because the listing page does not state that.

@maryinlikely. I understand that it doesn't say who refunds the buyer on listings. The information on the listing is for the buyer and they don't need to know, or care, where the refund comes from as long as they receive it.
