Does anyone have a problem with a buyer saying they are blocked.

I haven't blocked them and there is absolutely no one I have ever blocked.

If you have set up buyer requirements that automatically block people who have received 2 unpaid strikes or have a primary address you do not ship to...  that could be why they have been blocked.  Go to your account > Account preferences > Site Preferences > Buyer Requirements to see if one of them is the reason.  You can also check your buyer requirements activity log which should tell you why that username was blocked.
