Does anyone else have issues with ordering an item and receiving something that looks nothing like d

This seems to happen to me often from certain  sellers. Such as a nail polish that is described as pink and I recieved an orange color.

 Then the item gets delivered later than expected. By the time I get the return back, taking time out of my day standing at a post office long line, it's been a month. So my money has being used by another party for 30 days. Seems sus to me. I'm just fed up with ordering and returning something because it's not as described or pictured. Unfortunately, with so many brick and mortar stores closing for one reason or another, online is becoming one of the few options left. I hate it.

If you file a Return Request due to "item doesn't match description", you should receive a prepaid return shipping label and you can hand the package to your mail carrier or just drop off at the post office without standing in a line since you do not have to pay shipping costs.
