I won and immediately paid for an item through PayPal. Then the seller messaged me through the Ebay system that s/he made an error and now needed a lot more in shipping to mail it. I was asked to pay more or cancel the transaction. I replied that the seller should send it because s/he caused the problem. Eventually the seller canceled the transaction, false reason given that I requested it. Then the item was relisted with EXACTLY the same shipping fee. Sellers shouldn't get away with such things, but, using the help menus, I see now way to engage Ebay in this. I don't need anything from the seller or from Ebay. I want Ebay to sanction such sellers to protect the buying community. What is the best way to reach Ebay about this ?
