I had a buyer with 0 feedback buy a comic worth $57. I am hesitant to complete the sale because I was just ripped off by another seller with 0 feedback. Do I have to complete the sale? If I do cancel, can they leave negative feedback? The other buyer claimed "not as described" and then returned three random comic books (none of which I sold them).

Yes, you are required to sell to the paying buyer, regardless of their feedback score.
If you cancel, the buyer can leave a well-deserved negative feedback for being a non-performing seller.

@spike3333 I just checked one of your listings ... haven't seen 14 Day returns in a very long time. You may want to consider Free Returns, that way you can cut your losses on a fraudulent return by withholding the original shipping paid and up to half the item price. You Report the Buyer for abusing the return policy and then you are protected against less then Positive Feedback.
As to a Buyer leaving less then Positive FB on a cancellation the answer is yes UNLESS it is for an Unpaid item, which yours isn't right?

Mr. L

Thanks for your reply. Correct, the buyer paid so I will ship the comic. Not sure I understand the free return policy you are describing. If a buyer claims “not as described” they get their money back plus shipping. If they return it just because they had a change of heart they have to pay shipping. I understand free returns looks more desirable to the buyer but why does it offer me more protection?
