I made a purchase and received the item but it will not work for me so I am trying to return it. Though I have an eBay account, I purchased this item as a guest. I got a confirmation email about the return saying it included a shipping label. However, when I click on the button that say “See return details” it says there is a technical issue, please try again. I have tried again many times over multiple days. My time window to return the item is coming to a close but I can’t get past this impasse. Can anyone help me?
