A buyer hastily gave me negative feedback. They agreed to remove it, but eBay will not allow her to do so.
I opened a review and eBay refused to remove the negative feedback.
The buyer wants it removed, the seller wants it removed but eBay will not remove it.
I do not see any way to contact eBay. What happened to the support?

The buyer revised the feedback, but I still have negative feedback.
I have sent a revision request which I thought was going to eBay but is going to the buyer.
I will have an even more unhappy customer.
Sold a "New old stock" phone that I bought from "Best Buy some time ago", "network locked".
Most people would research the phone they are buying.

Yes, but this is an unhappy buyer. I am trying to make things right.
