Different address

My customer wants me to ship to a different address...if it allowed how do I change the address on my shipping label???

Unless you ship to the exact address in the Order Details for this transaction, you will lose ALL Seller protections from eBay for this sale. eBay is really cracking down on this due to all the fraud.

Let your Seller know that eBay will not allow you to change the address. Don't let this Buyer tell you that other Sellers do this for them all the time.

You are required to ship to the address provided by Ebay in order to keep your seller protection.

If you have verified that it is actually your buyer making the request (compare the usernames), you can suggest that they file a cancellation of their order. You can relist the item so the buyer can re-purchase the item using the correct shipping address at the time of payment.
