My listing has been removed due to a violation of eBay's counterfeit policy. Firstly, I purchased this same item on eBay 4 months ago on Ebay. Why was the item allowed to be listed and purchased then? Second, when appealed, all I received was a cut-and-paste of the policy with no explanation of why the item is deemed counterfeit in my listing -- much less why it wasn't in that of the seller's from whom I was allowed to buy it. I chatted with an agent who was not able to explain either. It is near impossible to reach a real person. How do I resolve this unfair situation?
