Conflicting information

I have received two emails from eBay. One saying I made a sale and should ship the item and another this morning saying the offer expired so I didn’t make the sale. Which one is right? Do I ship the item or not? Will I be paid or not?

Go to your Seller Hub > Orders > Awaiting shipment

If you see the Order, then you ship.  If a buyer sent you an Offer, you accepted, and the buyer has not paid, then you do not ship.
